Shipping policy

Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) is committed to deliver your orders accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your orders is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at a minimal cost.

Shipping in India

Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) ships all products free of charge in India. We have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies to deliver your product on time.

International Shipping

Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies is used to deliver your product. International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. International Shipping costs Rs. 1500 for the orders below 1Kg, after which Rs. 500 is added per Kilogram. Please note that all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams to match the policies of the shipping companies we use.

Please note that our delivery agents will leave the parcel at your door, if nobody is there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

Cancellation Policy

By any chance, if you have to cancel the order unfortunately, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Send us an email at hello@sareecurls.com with order ID to cancel the order. The refund will be provided in the form of coupon code which you can redeem at our online store within next 90 days.

Once the orders are shipped, order cancellation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

Transit Risk

Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days, and after confirmation from the customer, then we will reprocess/reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability.

Address change requests

Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to hello@sareecurls.com and the needful will be done.

Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not sareecurls.com (Vinox Enterprises). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

What, if any, delays

If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by email and for the same, no compensation will be given. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to give you a Coupon Code of the same value for the unfulfilled part of the order.

Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, earthquakes, Tsunami, etc… In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.

Taxes and Duties

For International Customers, VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by the respective country government.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis.
