Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) products are handloom and handcrafted. Every product being sold here is unique and exclusive as well as different from any other product. We strive to provide unmatchable customer support and satisfaction by offering the highest quality of the products. In any case, if you aren’t happy with our products for any reason, we would insist that you go through our returns and exchange policy as follows:

Cancellation Policy

By any chance, if you have to cancel the order unfortunately, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Send us an email at hello@sareecurls.com with order ID to cancel the order. The refund will be provided in the form of coupon code which you can redeem at our online store within next 90 days.

Once the orders are shipped, order cancellation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Saree Curls has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if the item is faulty or not what you had ordered. In the unlikely event, if the ordered product arrives with defect or not what you had ordered, we request that you send a detailed message with photographs or videos to hello@sareecurls.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To be eligible for an Exchange/returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging. Our team will do a quality check to ensure the same. If return is accepted, we will send you the confirmation mail along with the details. You may now proceed to send the package back to us. Customers will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises). Once we receive the product, a strict quality check would be done by our team. So, please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

The Refund will be provided in the form of coupon code. This coupon code is redeemable on our website within next 90 days. After 90 days you are not eligible to use the coupon code. Kindly note that 5% restock fee amount will be deducted from the refund.

Saree Curls (Vinox Enterprises) reserves the right to reject or entertain returns. We maintain the discretion to ensure transparent ethics in the dealings.

Here is the list of issues not considered defects:

  • The small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
  • The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
  • Slubs – residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.
  • Minute gaps in and around motifs.
  • Dye ‘bleeding’ onto the pallu from the body – this is common in power loom sarees.
  • Loose threads used for the tying and dyeing.
  • Colour mismatch – colours are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the most truest colours of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colours may appear different on different devices. Hence, it is advisable you check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders that have been stitched/woven for specified sizes.
  • Any product that has already been exchanged before – exchange/returns can occur only once per order.
  • Sarees for which blouse has been stitched / separated from the saree as per the customer’s measurements.
  • Discounted Items/Items bought during Sale. These include products purchased during a site-wide sale, and/or other discounts. This does not apply to products which have been shopped with discount coupon.
